Kim Soo Hyun First Public Appearance After Dating Scandal: Kim Soo Hyun is all set to make his first appearance after his dating scandal with Kim Sae Ron went publc. Things went south when the Bloodhounds' acteress' family member claimed the Queen Of Tears actor to have dated Sae-Ron when she was minor, which didn't sit well with the netizens and many tagged the actor to be pedophile, groomer, abuser, etc. After which a n*ked picture of the actor from Sae-Ron's apartment went viral nullifying his agency's claims to have not dated and never went to the deceased actress' home.

Now, amid all these firing claims, Soo Hyun is set to make his first public appearance at Taiwan's Kaohsiung cherry blossom festival. The fan meeting will be hosted by a retail chain, named 7-11, on March 30. Ahead of Soo-Hyun's participation, Taiwan administration has taken a few measures to control the crowd.

According to the reports, Taiwan police is set to deploy 50 officers in order to control the crowd at the meet up of Kim Soo Hyun, who will be making his first public appearance after the scandal was exposed. The authorities stated that the deployment of these officers is a part of general security measure to maintain public order and handle illegal behaviour, and is not exclusively meant for Soo-Hyun.

For the unversed, ever since the controversy fueled up, many brands have cut ties with Kim Soo-Hyun. However, reports suggested that if Soo-Hyun cancelled the Taiwan event, he had to pay hefty penalty of ₩1.32 billion KRW (about $900,000 USD).

On the other hand, the police have confirmed that the organizers have not requested additional security. However, owing to the large number of attendees, the police presence is expected to be larger than usual.
