Kim Soo-Hyun N*ked Pic Controversy: Kim Soo-Hyun is all over the internet ever since his n*ked pic went viral all over the internet where he could be seen doing the dishes by the sink of a kitchen. Later, when netizens connected the dots they discovered it's none other than Kim Sae-Ron's apartment's kitchen where the Queen of Tears actor was engaged in chores dismissing his claims of not dating the Bloodhounds actress, who was found dead in her apartment in Febraury. After the picture went viral, the Soo-Hyun's agency, Gold Medalist has released statement while acknowledging the relationship and expressing grief towards the deceased's mother. However, Kim Sae-Ron's mother made 7 demands and asked for a public apology.

Now, after all these things, a new post went viral, where it is claimed that an Indian blogger, who runs a K-drama page, ckdramaboy, was threatened by the actor's agency for posting 'unauthorized' pictures of the actor. It was also claimed that the his account, with 100k followers, will be removed along with the content he has posted about Kim Soo-Hyun. After the tweet went viral, we reached out to the blogger, named Uday, where he confirmed that he is from India and indeed is getting 'threatened' by Kim Soo-Hyun's agency.

Indian Blogger THREATENED By Gold Medalist For Exposing Kim Soo-Hyun?

In a Twitter post claimed sharing the screenshots of how the account was sent a legal notice by the actor's agency, sharing the screenshot, the account wrote, "An account with 98k followers is getting threats from Gold Medalist Agency (Kim soohyun's agency) for speaking up for Kim Saeron. They're really trying their best to recover his image, please don't stop talking about this!"

The email sent by Gold Medalist has in written, "I am writing to bring to your attention the unauthorized use of materials featuring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron on your platform, specifically at the following URLs."

After mentioning the URLs of the videos and reels, Gold Medalist continued, "The videos in question contain footage, images, and/or other materials that are exclusive property of (Gold medalist Agency) The unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a clear Infringement of laws, specifically imagle rights."

The agency further demanded 3 steps from the Indian account and warned to take legal action if it fails to meet, "We hereby request that you immediately. 1. Remove all infringing content featuring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron from your platform. 2. Disable access to the specified URLs or video IDs. 3. Take steps to prevent further uploading or sharing of infringing."

It concluded the email writing, "Please confirm in writing that you have removed the specified content within 48 hours from the receipt of this notice. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Failure to comply with this request may result in further legal action, including but not limited to, seeking injunctive reliet, damages, and any other avallable remedies."

The account, ckdramaboy, shared the screenshot of the email and wrote, "This morning i received another warning from Gold Medalist Agency (Kim Soo-hyun's agency). Saying remove all the videos about Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron. I'm working hard for the justice but this Agency giving me warnings my account is at very high risk but I will never stop Keep your support with me thank you."

In another story, he worte, "I will fight for justice no matter what."
