The legal team of the Queen of Tears actor confirmed that they needed time only to update the identity and address of all defendants, especially the "fake aunt." The entire Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron's dating scandal controversy started when the late actress aunt (unknown) came forward to accuse Queen of Tears actor of dating her when she was still a minor. But the aunt's identity was never revealed to the public. And now, even Kim Soo Hyun and his team are trying hard to find out who she is.

Kim Soo Hyun's legal team has not released a new statement via Daum. They have revealed that one of the women, the 'fake aunt', is still unidentified in the case. They said in their official statement, "the "fake aunt", even confirming a name has been difficult, let alone an address." The lawyer and the team is looking forward to find either the name or the address of the aunt. However, they have not yet found any update on the same.

The lawyer reportedly said, "If we can verify even one of the following, name, phone number, or resident registration number, then we'll have no problem. With a phone number, we can go through telecom providers; with a resident number, we can pull basic registration documents." Since the aunt is also going through a criminal complain, it would be easy for the investigation agency to identify her.

Even though nothing has been confirmed yet, Kim Soo Hyun's team is confident that they will eventually find out about the 'fake aunt.' "We're trying to speed that up ourselves as well," said the lawyer. The legal team further confirmed to Star News that a civil trial is likely to proceed with the ongoing investigation in the matter.
