My Dearest Nemesis Ending Explained: Moon Ga-young and Choi Hyun-wook's tvN kdrama 'My Dearest Nemesis' finally comes to an end. The finale episodes of the workplace-cum-enemies-turned-lovers kdrama premiered on Monday (March 24). Based on the popular webtoon 'He's a Black Dragon' by Hye Jin-yang, My Dearest Nemesis has ruled over the viewership ratings and the audience's hearts with its hilarious yet thrilling storyline and interesting scenes. And the chemistry between Baek Su-jeong (played by Moon Ga-young) and Ban Joo-yeon (played by Choi Hyun-wook) was like a cherry on the top. The second lead couple, Im Se-mi and Kwak Si-yang also had fans rooting for them.

After the cliffhanging ending in episode 10, fans were eagerly waiting to see how things end for Su-jeong and Joo-yeon. Will their relationship pass the test?

My Dearest Nemesis Episode 10 Recap

In episode 10 of My Dearest Nemesis, So-jeong faces humiliation in office after Joo-yeon's grandmother (chairperson) decided to demote her after she gets to know about their relationship. Choi Hyun-wook's character begs the chairperson for one last chance. But she refuses to show any emotion and continues to hold him accountable for her son's death. Heartbroken Joo-yeon leaves the office after realizing that he will never be able to meet the expectation f his grandmother.

A jobless Joo-yeon decides to spend some time with Su-jeong's family. Upon learning Su-jeong's demotion at work, Joo-yeon/Black Dragon meets her and tells her to quit the job. When she disagrees, he promises that he will too fight for his love and become a worthy 'heir' to Yongsung. The episode ended with a surprising note when Joo-yeon entering to a conference room and attending one of Yongsung Department Store's meeting as the 'Director' of the Strategy team, taking everyone, including his grandmother, by surprise.

My Dearest Nemesis (Finale) Ending Explained; Spoilers Ahead!

My Dearest Nemesis episodes 11 and 12 dropped on Monday. In India the finale episodes were available soon after their original premiere last night. In the finale episodes, Baek Su-jeong and Ban Joo-yeon's relationship will become headlines after facing the uninvited media attention, leading to an ultimate chaos.

On the other hand, Joo-yeon regains his position of the Director of Yongsung Department Store's Strategy Team. However, there's a condition. The chairperson (Joo-yeon's grandmom) puts up a clause - the 'Renewal' project has to be a success. Otherwise, he will lose his job and have to leave the country. To his request, grandmother allows Su-jeong as the team leader. After facing hurdles, the renewal project becomes a super-success.

After facing humiliation for being in a relationship with a third-generation chaebol, Moon Ga-young's character gets a lucrative job offer in US. Joo-yeon also tells her o quit her job in Younseong and accept the US job offer. However, after contemplating the deal, Yoo-jeon decides to stay in Yongseong.

In the last episode (ep 12), Joo-yeon's grandmother will have an emotional confrontation with him. She finally apologizes to him for everything and tells him that he's not responsible for his parents' death. He no longer needs to hide his likings and love for for comics in front of his grandmother.

The chairperson finally accepts Su-jeong and decides to judge her only by her work. And guess what? she gets promoted. Not only that, Yoo-jeon gets elected at a new board member of Yongsung. After a brief separation, Seo Ha-jin (Im Se-mi) and Kim Shin-won (Kwak Si-yang) get back together and this time, she is past her doubts.
