The Witch (Kdrama) Episode 5 Spoiler: The latest mystery-thriller kdrama 'The Witch' has been keeping the audience hooked to screens with its slow yet gripping storyline every week. Based on 'Moving' author Kang Full's popular webtoon, the mystery romance stars GOT7's Park Jin-young aka Jinyoung and Roh Jeong-eui in the lead. After a record-breaking premiere, the kdrama has been climbing up in the viewership rating list with every passing episode.

The Witch (Kdrama) Episode 4 Recap & Ending Explained

Starring Park Jin-young as 'Lee Dong-jin' and Roj Jeong-eui as 'Park Mi-jeong', The Witch follows the story of the data miner named Dong-jin, who fell in love with Park Mi-jeong aka a 'witch' during their high school days, promises to unravel the truth behind Mi-jeong's cursed life.

In the previous episodes (ep 3 & 4), we saw why Lee Dong-jin chose statistics as his major in college. In a heartbreaking moment, Dong-jin's mother, during her last days against her cancer battle, confessing about the shocking truth behind Park Mi-jeong leaving the town.

In The Witch episode 4, we saw Lee Dong-jin revisiting his old memories with his mom and how she believed Dong-jin's previous and faulty theory of proving Park Mi-jeong was not a witch. He was surprised to see that his mom had kept the theory safe all these years. In last week's episode, we also saw Dong jin leaving his job to focus entirely on how to break Mi-jeong's curse and save her. The 4th episode ended with Jinyoung's character travelling back to the city, where both he and Mi-jeong went to high school together, and revisiting their school to collect some data.

In The Witch episode, as per the preview, Lee Dong-jin will be seen reconnecting with his school friends and take their help to collect facts and figures for his theory to break Mi-jeong's curse. But his reattempt is likely to face challenges as some of his friend still believe that Mi-jeong is a witch and feels reluctant to discuss about her.

Dong-jin will also be meeting up with the guys who had faced mysterious consequences for being close with Park Mi-jeong and were alive. The Witch episode 5 is scheduled to drop this Saturday (1st March 2025).
