2018 Movie: Makers Reveal The Whopping Box Office Collection: In a remarkable turn of events, the 2018 movie was released during a time when there was a noticeable decline in audience attendance for Malayalam films. However, the tables have turned, and theatres are now bustling with moviegoers.

The film has not only broken numerous collection records but has also achieved a milestone coveted by every producer, director, and star. Despite minimal pre-release publicity during an experimental phase, this film has emerged as a box office sensation in Malayalam cinema.

It has become the first-ever Malayalam film to join the prestigious 150 crore club. But the latest indications are that the collection of films does not end there.

In a remarkable feat, the highly anticipated film, released on May 5, is celebrating its 25th day in theatres today. Despite its prolonged run, the film continues to draw packed audiences in numerous centres, particularly in Kerala. With an impressive presence, it is currently being screened in 265 theatres across the state alone.

The makers have expressed their gratitude to the fans by unveiling a captivating new poster, accompanied by an update on the film's collection. Astoundingly, within a span of 24 days, the film has amassed a staggering 160 crores from the global box office, further cementing its phenomenal success.

'2018: Everyone Is A Hero' is lined up with Malayalam's big stars. Tovino Thomas, Kunchacko Boban, Asif Ali, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Indrans, Lal, Naren, Aparna Balamurali, Tanvi Ram, Sudheesh, Siddique, Renji Panicker, Jaffer Idukki, Aju Varghese, Jibin Gopinath, Doctor Roni, Sivada, and Vinita Koshi are the top stars portraying the important characters in the film.

The screenplay is by Akhil P. Dharmajan. The film is produced by Venu Kunnapally, C. K. Padmakumar, and Anto Joseph under the banners of 'Kavya Films' and 'P.K. Prime Productions.

The cinematography of the film is by Akhil George, and the editing is handled by Chaman Chacko. The trailer for the film and the released video song 'Minnal Minnane' also got a lot of attention.
