Bala Files Defamation Case Against Chekuthan: Actor Bala has taken legal action by filing a defamation case against YouTuber Aju Alex, also known as Chekuthan.

The case revolves around defamatory statements made by Aju, which has prompted Bala's lawyer to issue a notice regarding the matter. The notice highlights that the allegations put forth by Aju, claiming that Bala trespassed on Aju's house and carried out an attack, are false.

Aju Alex had recently accused Bala of breaking into his residence armed with a gun and causing damage to household items. In response, Aju lodged a formal complaint with the police, resulting in a case being registered against Bala. Subsequently, Bala has filed a defamation case against Aju in relation to these allegations.

Bala's claim in this scenario is that Aju has disseminated defamatory statements against him through social media platforms. These statements have led to confusion and misunderstandings, negatively affecting Bala's business and the trust placed in him. In light of this, Bala has asserted that Aju should publicly withdraw his accusations and offer an apology through the same platform where the original allegations were made.

Moreover, Bala's notice specifically demands the removal of the defamatory video. Bala has specified that if the video is not taken down within a three-day period, they will proceed with further legal actions.

Legal Duel Between Bala And Aju Alex

In a parallel development, Bala has filed a criminal case against Aju Alex with the Palarivattom police. In this complaint, Bala alleges that Aju was involved in a conspiracy against him. The complaint underscores the need for a thorough investigation and appropriate action to be taken.

The incident central to this legal matter occurred on August 5. Notably, Aju Alex was not present at home during the incident in question. Aju's accusations revolved around Bala allegedly entering his house and issuing threats to his friend.

Muhammad Abdul Khader, Aju's friend, is the individual who has lodged a case against Bala. According to the First Information Report (FIR), Bala's actions were prompted by Aju Alex's video content targeting him. Aju had claimed in the video that Bala, accompanied by Santosh Varkey, who is nicknamed Aaraattu Annan, and two other individuals, had entered his room. Aju further alleged that Bala had brandished a gun to intimidate his friend.
