'Adipurush' Kerala Box Office Collection: Adipurush, the highly anticipated Indian mythological action film directed by Om Raut, has been generating controversy since its release on June 16. With a massive budget, the movie brings the Hindu epic Ramayana to the big screen on an extravagant scale, featuring renowned pan-India star Prabhas in the lead role.

While the film initially garnered impressive box office numbers in its first three days, it is now struggling to maintain double-digit collections on a daily basis in India. The film's team recently announced that Adipurush, starring Prabhas, has collected a worldwide total of Rs. 375 crore. However, considering its budget of approximately Rs. 500 crore, the film still faces a significant challenge.

In a disappointing turn of events, Adipurush faced a major setback at the Kerala Box Office, failing to meet expectations and resulting in a mere five-day gross of ₹1.7 crore. This lacklustre performance reflects a lack of audience interest and undermines the film's anticipated success in the region.

Adipurush, presented in 3D technology, explores a segment of the Ramayana story and was released simultaneously in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Unfortunately, the film has been receiving negative reviews, with fans criticising its graphics and various other aspects.

From its trailer to the actual release, Adipurush has faced criticism and controversy, with aspects such as VFX scenes, production quality, screenplay, and theatrical releases being mocked on social media platforms. The majority of viewers have expressed their disappointment with the film.

The star-studded cast includes Prabhas as Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Devdatta Nage as Bajrang, and Vatsal Sheth as Indrajit. Sonal Chauhan and Trupti Toradmal also play significant roles in the film.
