Bigg Boss M5: Aniyan Midhun Sponsored By An Actress, Wushu Master Reveals Girlfriend's Death Story Is A Lie

Aniyan Midhun's Wushu Master Speaks Out: The latest season of Bigg Boss Malayalam has been hit by a wave of controversy as questions arise over the credibility of contestant Aniyan Midhun's Wushu achievements.
Numerous individuals have taken to social media to voice their scepticism, alleging that Midhun's claims of being a Wushu world champion are nothing but fabrications. Many argue that he is asserting victory in competitions that simply do not exist.
Adding fuel to the fire, the Kerala Wushu Association has firmly rejected Aniyan Midhun's assertions. In response to the growing controversy, they have announced that a detailed statement addressing the matter will be released soon. Meanwhile, Midhun's Wushu master, Anees, has stepped forward to shed light on the situation. Anees, hailing from Triprayar, provided an exclusive interview to 'Behindwoods Ice', revealing the truth behind Midhun's claims.
'Aniyan Midhun Was Sponsored By An Actress'
According to Anees, it was Aniyan Midhun himself who expressed the desire to train under Kuldeep Handoo, a renowned coach. The opportunity arose thanks to the sponsorship of a popular movie actress, whose identity Anees chose not to disclose. Anees further emphasised the belief that top-notch training can only be obtained in North India, as their Wushu techniques and associations are leagues ahead, having had a twelve-year head start.
Anees also made a point about the vested interests within the association, claiming that the current system hinders the success of talented players. He asserted that there are several more skilled individuals under his guidance and in other associations, surpassing Aniyan Midhun's abilities. To solidify his argument, Anees mentioned Kuldeep Handoo's status as a renowned coach, citing Bhanupratap Singh as an example. Singh, an Asian medalist, is currently employed by the central government after amassing numerous medals for India.
"Wushu is a complex sport that many people find difficult to comprehend," Anees expressed. He further clarified why Aniyan Midhun refers to the countries he competed against rather than individual opponents, stating that in Wushu, the opponent's country holds greater significance than the opponent's name. Consequently, the names of close acquaintances tend to be more memorable, whereas opponents' names fade into obscurity.
Anees also dismantled the notion that becoming a world champion in Wushu solely relies on participating in games sanctioned by either the Kerala government or the central government. He highlighted the case of Kodungallur's Moithai Association, where one of the players clinched a silver medal at the World Championships held in Thailand. However, despite the achievement, recognition remains elusive due to the sport not receiving official approval.
In addition, Anees shed light on the unfortunate reality faced by talented players across many districts, including Thrissur. Despite their superior skills, these individuals fail to receive societal and government recognition. Sports hostels and financial support are virtually nonexistent, leaving them to endure a culture of backbiting rather than fostering growth and development.
Addressing Aniyan Midhun's claims, Anees categorically rejected two specific narratives. First, he refuted Midhun's assertion that he learned Wushu at a young age. Secondly, Anees denied the existence of any incidents involving a 'para commando' girlfriend, stating that such claims are baseless. While Midhun did mention having a girlfriend who is a boxer, the mention of a paracommando girlfriend appears to be a publicity stunt.
Anees emphasised that the validation of participation in international competitions and championship victories rests upon providing certificates, medals, and videos of the games. However, despite requests, Aniyan Midhun has failed to provide any such evidence to substantiate his claims. Nevertheless, Anees acknowledged the existence of competitions with foreign government support, affirming that they indeed occur.
As the controversy continues to swirl around Aniyan Midhun's Wushu victories, viewers and fans eagerly await further developments and the Kerala Wushu Association's forthcoming statement, which is expected to shed more light on this contentious issue.
