Nadira Makes A Game-Changing Exit, Opting For The Money Box: The money box task brought immense excitement to Bigg Boss Malayalam season five. Five boxes were presented to the contestants, each holding a different sum of money yet unknown to them. Four boxes were opened collectively, while one remained untouched.

If enticed by the amount in an open box, a contestant could choose to quit the show and claim the selected box's money as their own. Season 4 contestants declined this offer, opting to complete the full 100 days and reach the grand finale.

In the current season, Nadira Mehrin boldly stepped forward to seize the money box opportunity. Recognising the unlikely earnings from 100 days of hard work, she sought advice from Akhil Marar. Acknowledging it as a game, Akhil advised her to make her own decision.

Nadira initially declared her choice for the box containing Rs 6.5 lakh. However, Bigg Boss announced that the money box task would continue the following day, leading Nadira to reconsider and wait for a larger sum.

Nadira's Bold Decision: Quitting Bigg Boss For Money Box

Nadira's prayers were answered when the third box opened on the second day revealed Rs 7.5 lakh. She promptly announced her decision to quit, bidding farewell to her fellow contestants and leaving through the main door.

Nadira expressed that the Rs 7.5 lakh was a substantial amount, solidifying her belief that it was better to take the money and leave. The unprecedented act of quitting after the money box task garnered support from everyone. Nadira's decision marked a first in Bigg Boss Malayalam history.

Akhil had previously advised Nadira to take the money and quit during the ticket to finale task, confident that she wouldn't win even if she reached the grand finale. Cerena, on the other hand, had set her threshold at Rs 10 lakh. The money box task's prize would be deducted from the season five winner's prize money.

Both the audience and contestants applauded Nadira's wise choice. The money earned from her stay in the house, along with the money received from the money box task, will be added to Nadira's total. She will depart after the grand finale.
