Bigg Boss Malayalam 5: Reneesha & Sridevi Give A Spooky Twist To The New Task; WATCH

All the contestants of Bigg Boss Malayalam 5 will enact the popular characters portrayed by Malayalam's favorite film stars as part of the Weekly Task. In a new promotional video, the host of the show Mohanlal announced this exciting weekly task.

In the promotional video, Reneesha and Sridevi(Devu) can be seen enacting Shobana's character 'Nagavalli' from the evergreen movie 'Manichitrathazhu' and dancing to the song from the same. It is sure that the task will be exhilarating especially because the contestants will be enacting all-time favorite characters of Malayalam cinema.

Meanwhile, The season's first official nomination procedure took place on Bigg Boss Malayalam 5. This week, seven participants from the lot will be facing elimination. In the most recent episode of the show, the participants were instructed to choose two of their inmates for elimination.

Significantly, the contestants were required to select the inmates who had previously been nominated the previous week. Akhil Marar got rid of the Initial nine nominees as he became the captain.

Sobha chose Vishnu and Gopika to serve as the nominees. She suggested Vishnu's name because he addressed her disrespectfully and called her "Thalla". Sobha said that Gopika was trying to escalate the problems present in the house and is diverting topics.

Vishnu Joshi nominated Reneesha saying that she was not playing the games fairly. Secondly, he nominated Gopika and said that she is trying to gain sympathy.

On the other hand, Gopika chose the names of Reneesha and Aniyan Midhun, claiming that they are hurting her personally in several ways. Interestingly, Reneesha chose Gopika's name as well, claiming that she doesn't like her personally.

In the nomination process, Devu nominated Gopika and accused that she diverts from the content and speaking confusingly. Secondly, she nominated Midhun and claimed that although Midhun is active in physical games, he does not share his opinions on important matters.

Angeline was nominated by Reneesha, saying that she is emotionally fragile. Reneesha was nominated by Junaiz, who said that she was acting too diplomatically inside the house. Junaiz secondly nominated Vishnu accusing he doesn't have an opinion of his own.

Other contestants, Shiju nominated Gopika and Midhun. Nadira nominated Midhun and Reneesha. Sruthi Lakshmi nominated Lachu and Gopika. Sagar Surya nominated Reneesha and Midhun. Maneesha nominated Rinosh and Lachu. Angeline nominated Gopika and Reneesha. Lachu nominated Angeline and Gopika. Midhun nominated Angeline and Vishnu. Cerena nominated Lachu and Gopika. Rinosh nominated Vishnu and Gopika. Anjuz nominated Angeline and Rinosh. Akhil Marar nominated Rinosh and Angeline.

Following the nomination, Bigg Boss revealed that seven candidates will be facing elimination. Gopika, Lachu, Rinosh, Reneesha, Vishnu, Angeline, and Midhun were declared to be in the danger zone. Interestingly, Gopika received the most votes against her.
