However, the latest news brings a significant turn as Sajna has disclosed their decision to divorce. In an interview with Variety Media, she candidly shared the reasons behind their separation.
"Firoz and I got married after dating for a month. My entry into acting occurred after our marriage. Bigg Boss has been a significant chapter in my life. I remain the same person as I was in Bigg Boss. The decision to divorce is entirely personal. We mutually agreed to separate as we couldn't progress together. The pain of separation is undeniable; it's difficult when someone who has been with you for so long leaves," expressed Sajna.
She clarified that their separation wasn't due to a third person's involvement, dismissing rumours linking their divorce to external factors. Sajna also clarified that their parting wasn't influenced by any issues involving Shiyas Kareem, asserting that Firoz maintains a friendship with the woman who filed a case against Shiyas Kareem and denied any romantic involvement between Firoz and her.
Despite their decision to part ways, Sajna emphasised their commitment to co-parenting their children, currently unaware of the separation. "Our kids are with my mother, unaware of our situation. They're yearning for our togetherness. It's heartbreaking to think about their feelings," shared Sajna.
Reflecting on the changes post-separation, she recounted feeling protected and supported by Firoz but having now ventured into the world independently. 'I used to rely on Firoz entirely. Now, I travel alone, experiencing a newfound independence,' expressed Sajna. She also shared an incident: 'Once I went to an event in Dubai after filing for divorce, There, the man whom I saw as my family and my brother treated me badly.' She continued, emphasising Firoz's significance in her life: 'Firoz was everything to me, and his absence has been challenging,' highlighting her ongoing journey towards recovery.
