Making its debut on August 10th, the film "Jailer" features an ensemble cast that boasts renowned figures like Tamannaah and Ramya Krishnan, who take on pivotal roles. Enhancing its appeal, the movie also showcases the presence of Mohanlal, a legend in Malayalam cinema, and Shiva Rajkumar, an icon of Kannada cinema. Notably, the star-studded lineup also includes Bollywood veteran Jackie Shroff. The film now sets its sights on the top position, aiming to chase down the record held by "Vikram," which stands at ₹40.05 crores and could potentially be surpassed in the coming four days. "Jailer" Cast and Crew

The film stars Rajinikanth in the titular role, alongside Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Mirnaa Menon, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Vasanth Ravi. The movie also features a cameo appearance by Mohanlal. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music, while Vijay Kartik Kannan and R. Nirmal took charge of cinematography and editing, respectively.

The music for "Jailer" is crafted by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his third collaboration with Rajinikanth after "Petta" (2019) and "Darbar" (2020) and his fourth collaboration with Nelson following "Kolamaavu Kokila" (2018), "Doctor" (2021), and "Beast" (2022). The album comprises eight tracks, with the first single, "Kaavaalaa," releasing on July 6, 2023. The second single, "Hukum-Thalaivar Alappara," followed on July 17, 2023. "Jujubee," the third single, was unveiled on July 26, 2023, while the complete album was released on July 28, 2023. Additionally, the fourth single, "Rathamaarey," was also released on July 26, 2023.
