taking
place
on
Wednesday,

Karnataka
Chief
Minister,

Bommai,

votes
along
with
his
family.
The
polling
is
scheduled
across
58,545
polling
stations,
with
a
total
of
42,48,028
new
voters
having
been
registered
to
vote
in
the
elections.
The
major
political
parties
that
are
contesting
the
election
are
the
BJP,
Congress,
and
JD(S).
