Kollam Sudhi's Funeral Rites Conclude: The entertainment industry bid a tearful farewell to Kollam Sudhi, the renowned mimicry artist and film actor who tragically lost his life in a car accident. The funeral proceedings for Sudhi were solemnly conducted, with thousands of mourners gathering at the Reformed Anglican Church of India Cemetery in Thottakkad, Kottayam, to pay their final respects.

Although Sudhi hailed from Kollam, he resided in Ponganthanam, Vakathanam, Kottayam, along with his wife Reshma, who is originally from Kottayam. Early this morning, Sudhi's mortal remains were brought to his residence in Ponganthanam Panthirupara Colony. Subsequently, the body was moved to the MD UP School in Ponganthanam and later to the Vakathanam Panchayat Auditorium for the public to have a final glimpse of the beloved artist.

People from all walks of life flocked to the venues to bid their farewell to Sudhi, whose life was tragically cut short. The overwhelming turnout is a testament to the impact he had on the hearts of many. Finally, the procession carried Sudhi's body to the Thottakkatu cemetery, where he was laid to rest in a sombre ceremony. Sudhi leaves behind his wife, Renu, and their children, Rahul and Ritul.

The accident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on Monday at Panambikkunnu on National Highway 66. Sudhi and his team were returning to Ernakulam from Vadakara, Kozhikode, after a stage show when their car collided with a pickup van. Sudhi, who was seated in the front, sustained a severe head injury. Despite being rushed to Kodungallur Hospital by locals, his life could not be saved, leaving the entire industry and his fans in a state of shock and grief.

Kollam Sudhi was a beloved actor who brought joy and laughter to Malayalees through his performances in movies and TV shows. He made his film debut in 2015 with the movie "Kanthari" and went on to entertain audiences with memorable roles in films such as "Kattappanayile Rithvik Roshan," "Big Brother," "Nizhal," "Kesu Ee Veedinte Nadhan," "Children's Park," and "Kuttanadan Marpappa," among others.
