Final Farewell To Beloved Actor Kollam Sudhi: Mimicry artist and actor Kollam Sudhi, who left a lasting impression on the entertainment industry, will be laid to rest today.

The cremation ceremony is scheduled to take place at the Reformed Anglican Church of India Cemetery in Thottakad, Kottayam, at 2 p.m.

Following the public homage held at Kakkanad in Ernakulam on Monday evening, Sudhi's mortal remains were brought to his residence on Tuesday morning. The body will then be kept at the MD UP School in Ponganthanam and the Njaliakuzhi Panchayat Community Hall. At approximately 1:30 p.m., a mourning procession will escort the body to the church.

During the public homage on Monday evening, a multitude of people from all walks of life gathered to bid farewell to the beloved comedian. Sudhi gained immense popularity through his appearances on the widely acclaimed comedy show 'Star Magic'. He also left his mark in the film industry, with one of his notable roles being in the movie 'Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan'.

Among the prominent figures who paid their last respects to the late actor on Monday evening were Suresh Gopi and Suraj Venjaramoodu. Their presence and tribute further exemplified Sudhi's impact and the respect he garnered within the industry.

Tragic Accident Claims The Life Of A Talented Artist

Kollam Sudhi lost his life in a tragic accident while returning from a programme in Vadakara. The fatal collision occurred yesterday at 4:30 a.m. in Thrissur Kaypamangalam Panambikun when the car carrying Sudhi and others collided with an oncoming pickup van.

Accompanying Sudhi on the ill-fated journey were Binu Adimali, Ullas Arur, and Mahesh. According to reports, Ullas Arur was behind the wheel at the time of the accident, with Sudhi occupying the front seat.

Following the collision, the injured individuals were promptly rushed to a private hospital in Kodungallur for medical attention. Tragically, despite efforts to save him, Sudhi succumbed to his injuries. Preliminary findings indicate that the cause of his death was severe head trauma. Binu Adimali sustained facial injuries and is currently under close observation by doctors.
