The unfortunate incident occurred in the early hours of today when Sudhi, along with television stars Binu Adimali, Ullas Arur, and Mahesh, collided with a pickup van in their car. The impact of the collision left Sudhi critically injured, and he was rushed to a private hospital in Kodungallur. Despite the best efforts of the medical team, Sudhi could not be saved. The other injured individuals were also admitted to a hospital in Kodungallur for treatment.
Binu Adimali, who sustained serious injuries in the accident, was later transferred to a private hospital in Kochi for further medical care. The local residents and the dedicated personnel from Shihab Thangal Ambulance, SYS, Santhvanam, and Acts Ambulance swiftly responded to the scene, carrying out rescue operations. The car involved in the accident suffered extensive damage to its front section. Sudhi and his team were returning from attending a program organized by a private channel in Vadakara when the tragic incident occurred.
Kollam Sudhi was a beloved actor who brought joy and laughter to Malayalees through his performances in movies and TV shows. He made his film debut in 2015 with the movie "Kanthari" and went on to entertain audiences with memorable roles in films such as "Kattappanayile Rithvik Roshan," "Big Brother," "Nizhal," "Kesu Ee Veedinte Nadhan," "Children's Park," and "Kuttanadan Marpappa," among others.
