Kollam Sudhi's Dream Home Takes Shape Through A Priest's Heartfelt Gesture

Sudhi's Dream Home Takes Shape With Love: Kollam Sudhi, the artist who brought endless laughter to Malayalis through his mimicry performances, tragically met his untimely demise on June 5th.
The accident occurred around 4:30 in the morning at Kaipamangalam, Panambikunnu, while Sudhi and his group were returning from a programme in Vadakara.
Their car collided with an oncoming pickup, leaving Sudhi severely injured. Despite being rushed to Kodungallur AR Hospital, his life could not be saved. Sudhi's passing shattered his dream of owning a home, and his family's subsequent struggles garnered significant media attention.
A Heartwarming Gesture: Paving The Way For Sudhi's Dream
Although many had come forward to assist with building a house earlier, the obstacle was finding suitable land. However, a heartwarming gesture changed the situation. Noble Philip, a missionary bishop of the Anglican Church, generously donated a seven-cent plot in Ambalavel for Sudhi's family to construct their home.
The land was registered in the names of Sudhi's sons, Ritul and Rahul. Sudhi's wife, Renu, along with their son Rahul, received the necessary documents from Noble Philip in Ambalavel. The construction of the family's new home is being undertaken by members of Kerala Home Designs, a Facebook community.
The priest revealed that the land was part of his family's property and was gifted to Sudhi and his family. He also mentioned that his own house would be situated nearby. The registration process has been completed, and Bishop Noble Philip affirmed that the land was bestowed in the name of Sudhi's children. Construction of the house is set to commence shortly.
Renu, Sudhi's wife, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to fulfil Sudhi's greatest dream by acquiring the land. Social media has been abuzz with congratulations and well-wishes for the family's new beginning.
