The tragic accident that claimed Kollam Sudhi's life occurred at Kaipamangalam Panambikunnu in Thrissur around 4:30 a.m. on June 5th. Sudhi was returning from a stage show in Kozhikode Vadakara for a television channel when the car he was travelling in collided with an oncoming pickup truck. Despite being rushed to Kodungallur AR Hospital, Sudhi could not be saved. Actors Binu Adimali, Mahesh Kunjumon, and Ullas Arur, who were also in the car, sustained serious injuries and are currently on the path to recovery.
