'Is There Proof That Prithviraj Paid 25 Crores To ED'? Listin Says That What's Going On Is Fake Propaganda

Listin Reacts To Rumours That Prithviraj Paid A Fine To ED: Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran had come out yesterday against the rumours that he had paid 25 crore as a fine for the legal actions taken by the Enforcement Directorate.
Prithviraj had said that the allegation is baseless and that strong legal action is being initiated against the YouTube channel that published the news. Now Listin Stephen, who was Prithviraj's production partner in many films, has given his reaction to this issue.
"This is not true news. We have all come under the raid of income tax and GST. That is natural because we are working in a well-known industry. The film industry is a glossy industry from the outside. The news is also a made-up one like that. If Prithviraj has paid 25 crore rupees to ED, will there not be a receipt or any proof of it? A receipt is received when paying GST. Prithviraj reacted when his name was dragged into this fake news. "We have the documents to give them if the ED or income tax comes," Listin responded to a question from reporters.
Kaapa, directed by Shaji Kailas, was Prithviraj's last release. Based on G. R. Indugopan's famous novel 'Shankhumukhi', the script of the film was also penned by Indugopan. The movie also had a big star cast like Anna Ben, Dileesh Pothan, Jagadish, and Nandhu. The name of the character played by Prithviraj was Kotta Madhu.
Meanwhile, no film starring Prithviraj has been released this year. Blessy's Aadujeevitham and Jayan Nambiar's Vilayath Buddha are his upcoming films.
