Mahesh Kunjumon To Undergo Surgery After Fatal Accident: In a tragic car accident on National Highway 66 in Panambikkunnu, mimicry artist Kollam Sudhi lost his life, while Mahesh Kunjumon, Binu Adimali, and Ullas Arur sustained severe injuries.

Mahesh, who is currently receiving intensive care at Kochi Amrita Hospital, will undergo a nine-hour surgery today to address his facial and dental injuries. Friends have requested prayers for Mahesh's successful surgery and recovery.

The incident occurred around 4:30 in the morning on June 5th when the car carrying the group, who were returning to Ernakulam from Vadakara after a stage show, collided with a pickup van. Despite immediate medical attention at the Kodungallur hospital, Kollam Sudhi succumbed to a head injury.

Binu Adimali and Ullas Arur are currently receiving treatment at the Ernakulam Medical Trust Hospital. Mahesh Kunjumon, known for his impeccable mimicry skills, was admitted to Amrita Hospital for specialised treatment due to facial injuries and broken teeth. Binu Adimali is now out of danger, while Ullas is undergoing treatment for a fractured bone.

Mahesh's Impeccable Talent in Mimicry Earned Him Popularity

Both Kollam Sudhi and Mahesh Kunjumon have garnered a significant following in the mimicry art community. Mahesh gained popularity for his viral video imitating the voice of Pinarayi Vijayan during the COVID-19 pandemic, astonishing viewers with his vocal precision. His talent also led him to lend his voice to seven characters in the Malayalam version of the movie 'Vikram', earning accolades in the film industry.

The accident occurred on their return journey after an event in Vadakara, where Mahesh entertained the audience with his spot-on impersonations of various stars. Hailing from Kurinji near Puthan Kurish in Ernakulam district, Mahesh comes from a family comprising his father Kunjumon, mother Thankamma, and brother Ajesh.
