Actress Malavika's House Robbed: Valuables Worth Lakhs Stolen, CCTV Footage Provides Lead In The Investigation

Burglary Strikes Actress Malavika's Home: Actress and dancer Malavika Krishnadas' house in Nhangattiri, Palakkad, became the target of a burglary recently.

Valuables, including a watch worth Rs. 1.5 lakh, were stolen during the incident. Fortunately, the thief's activities were captured on the CCTV camera of a neighbouring house.

The unfortunate event occurred when Malavika and her family were not present at home. The burglary was discovered by the maid in the morning when she arrived to open the house. Upon inspection, it was evident that the thief had ransacked the bedroom and kitchen, leaving a trail of broken items.

The main target of the theft was Malavika's watch, which had a significant value of one and a half lakh rupees. Fortunately, other valuables like gold and money were not kept at the house. To investigate the incident, the police called in a dog squad, and the canine led them to a nearby deserted field near the river, where the trail ended.

Police Investigation Boosted By CCTV Footage In Burglary Case

During the investigation, the police found the iron rod and chisel that the thief had used to break into the house. It was later revealed that the iron rod had been stolen from a nearby Hollow Bricks shop. The CCTV footage from the neighbouring house showed the thief wearing a raincoat and covering his face with a scarf, providing crucial evidence for the ongoing police investigation.

Malavika Krishnadas and her husband Thejus Jyothi gained popularity through their participation in the Nayika Nayakan programme and later tied the knot. The couple, known for their dance and acting skills, has a considerable fan following. Fortunately, they were not present at the house during the burglary.

After gaining recognition in Nayika Nayakan, Malavika acted in some films, while Thejus Jyothi returned to his work in the merchant navy. The couple recently got married, and their well-wishers and fans are deeply concerned about the burglary incident. Authorities are working diligently to apprehend the thief and recover the stolen valuables.
