SIIMA Awards 2023 Nominations List: SIIMA (South Indian International Movie Awards) stands as one of the most anticipated events of the year.
Fans have eagerly awaited the nominations list for a considerable time, and it is now unveiled, featuring numerous blockbuster films that made it to the prestigious list.
This award show celebrates outstanding talents, films, and more from the Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada industries. Among the nominees are top contenders like RRR, Kantara, and several other blockbuster films. The complete list has been officially disclosed today, August 1st.
The 11th Edition of SIIMA is scheduled to take place in Dubai on September 15 and 16 at the World Trade Centre.

Leading the nominations in Telugu is RRR, directed by S.S. Rajamouli and starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, with a total of 11 nominations. Following closely is Sita Ramam, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur, with 10 nominations. Other notable films on the list include DJ Tillu, Karthikeya 2, and Major.

In the Best Film category for Tamil, we have an exciting competition with five close nominations. Leading the pack is Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan: 1, starring Vikram, Trisha, and Aishwarya Rai, with an impressive 10 nominations. Not far behind is Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram, featuring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil, which secured nine nominations. Also among the contenders are Love Today, Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, and Thiruchitrambalam.

In the Malayalam category, Bheeshma Parvam, directed by Amal Neerad and starring Mammootty, takes the lead with eight nominations. Not far behind is Thallumaala, directed by Khalid Rahman and featuring Tovino Thomas and Kalyani Priyadarshan, which secured seven nominations. Also making the list are Hridayam, Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, Nna Thaan Case Kodu, and Jana Gana Mana.

In the Kannada category, Kantara, directed by and starring Rishab Shetty, leads the pack with 11 nominations, closely followed by KGF Chapter 2, directed by Prashanth Neel and starring Yash, also with 11 nominations. Other films on the list include 777 Charlie, Love Mocktail 2, and Vikrant Rona.
