bench
stated
that
the
court
proceedings

continue.

High
Court
pointed
out
that
there
is
no
need
to
quash
the
case,
and
the
complainant
has

made

clear

not
ready
to
settle.

directed
the
trial
to
continue
after
lifting
the
stay
of
the
trial
proceedings.
