The four entertaining are back again with a new fabulous comedy backdrop. But this time they not only make us laugh but also they make us frighten. Yes, they are back with a 'ghost' along with them. 'In Ghost House Inn', as all know is the sequel to 2 Harihar Nagar which indeed was a sequel to the old In Harihar Nagar. Director Lal has attempted his best to evoke the maximum comedy in the film and he has been successful in accomplishing it.

In Ghost house Inn as always revolves around the 'famous four' Mahadevan, Govindankutty, Appukuttan and Thomaskutty. This time the story is about a huge bunglow that Thomaskutty had brought with the money that he got from the climax of 2 Harihar Nagar. He plans to make it a resort. But to his bad luck the bunglow was a haunted one. It had some dreadful stories linked with it from decades. A murder had happened in that bunglow some years before. Knowing this he calls up his friends and the three comes with their families to prove him that his thinking was wrong. But to their bad luck they find that even they were wrong.

The movie can be said as a powerful entertainer. They are god counter dialogues that make the people crack their ribs. Lal has been successful in portraying the four in a new ambience with some serious moments too. There are atmost comedy scenes as well as serious scenes too. The four actors and their wives Rohini, Lena, Reena Basheer and Rakhi, have all done their roles pretty well. Jagadeesh at times seems to mimic some of his own trademark dialogues and mannerisms. Nedumudi Venu looks excellent as always in his new appearance and Radhika has performed very well in her rather brief role.
