Nadikar OTT Release: "Nadikar," a Malayalam film directed by Lal Jr. and scripted by Suvin S. Somasekharan, is a production of Godspeed Cinema and Mythri Movie Makers. Starring Tovino Thomas, Divya Pillai, Soubin Shahir, Balu Varghese, Suresh Krishna, and Bhavana in pivotal roles, the movie explores the arduous journey of a superstar's life. It premiered in theatres on May 3, 2024.

Initially titled "Nadikar Thilakam," the film underwent a title change to "Nadikar" in January 2024, following the request of Tamil actor Nadikar Thilakam Sivaji Ganesan's fans and family. The new title was unveiled at an event on January 23, 2024, graced by Prabhu, Sivaji Ganesan's son. Filming commenced on July 11, 2023, spanning 110 days and encompassing 30 locations, including Kochi, Munnar, Hyderabad, Dubai, and Kashmir.

Nadikar Synopsis

David Padikkal, a renowned Malayalam actor, faces career setbacks due to irresponsibility. He injures a crew member on set, damaging his reputation. Seeking redemption, he hires an acting coach, Bala, but rejects his help. After realising his mistakes, David rehires Bala and commits to improving. Through introspection and guidance, David matures both professionally and personally, reconciling with colleagues and striving for excellence in his craft.
