<i>Babu Kalyani</i> shooting on

The shooting of a new project of Mohanlal commenced last Sunday in Ernakulam. A huge set was specially made for the film in Ernakulam. On the first day of shooting, scenes with Mohanlal appearing were shot. Mamta Mohandas plays the female lead role in the movie.

Mohanlal expects Baba Kalyani to be a hit as big as his previous hit list. In the direction of Shaji Kailas under the banner Aashirwad, the movie will be a Christmas gift to the audience. Antony Perumbavoor is producing the movie.
