Mammootty injured on way to shoot

Malayalam superstar Mammooty was injured in a car accident on his way to shooting at Idukki.
These days, Mammooty is working in director Blessy's new film Palunga. Shooting of the film is on at Kadappana. On his way to shooting today morning (17th November, 2006), his car got into a minor accident when it collided with a private bus.

Mammooty was slightly injured in his hand. He was administered first aid at a nearby private hospital. Soon afterwards, he left for the shooting spot.

Since his car was damaged badly, he was taken to the shooting spot in another car.
