Nayantaras debut film in Malayalam

Though Telugu audience was already familiar with Nayantara through films like Chandramukhi and Ghajini, it was Lakshmi that marked her debut in the film.

Leading Telugu actor Venkatesh was the hero. The film was a huge hit and Nayantara arrived in style!

Now, the film is going to be dubbed and released in Malayalam by Pallavi International. The rest of the cast includes Kalyani (Kaatuchembakam fame), Jayabharati, Sudha, Revathy, Uma Shankari (actress Sumithra's daughter) and Pradeep Rawat (of Ghajini fame).

VV Vinayak had written the screenplay and directed it.

Jassie Gift is going to sing for the film.

December 1 is the date of release of this dubbed film.
