Sindhu Menon in Andhikaat Film

After a very long time, Dileep had picked up a role in director Sathyan Andhikaat's film. This time around, he is going to play the lead role.

The new film was launched at Prasad Studios in Chennai. The function was presided over by Sathyan Andhikaat's most favorite music director Ilayaraaja. He will be composing music for the film too.

This is Anshikaat's next film after Rasatantram. There were speculations that Meera Jasmine, who had acted in his two consecutive previous films (Achuvinde Amma and Rasatantram), will be the heroine of this one too. But that was not the case. Sindhu Menon steps in as the heroine.

The film's shooting will begin on the 27th of December.
