Bhavana replaces Nisha Kothari

Ever since she made her debut in Tamil, Malayalam actress Bhavana had been getting plenty of offers to act in Telugu films. But she had been refusing them all. Finally, when she did accept an offer, it was only after replacing one of the hottest heroines in Bollywood!

Takkari is the name of the film and it stars Nithin in the lead role. It turns out that the film's director had initially signed Nisha Kothari up for the role. Nisha Kothari is a Ram Gopal Varma discovery. The super-sexy heroine is known for her willingness to do glamorous roles and wear tiny clothes. She also is dealing with rumors romantically linking her with RGV.

It is not clear yet why Nisha Kothari was removed from the film. Maybe the director was looking for a less controversial and glamorous heroine for the role. According to rumors, Nisha was removed from one of her Hindi films because she was spending too much time on the phone talking to RGV.
