Jayaram finds solace in Kollywood

Just about every other film that Jayaram had starred in, in Malayalam, had flopped in recent times. Needless to say, therefore the producers are not that keen on launching new films with him. The last convincing hit from Jayaram was Madhuchandralekha. Thanks to the wonderful reputation he has as a good and hassle-free actor, many offers did come his way. Unfortunately, every one of them flopped. It looked as if he had worked himself into a situation from where it would be very difficult to come out.

The Tamil film industry has come to his rescue. He has now got a very important role in the new film Dhaam Dhoom. He is going to be an IFS officer at Prague. Jayam Ravi is the hero. He was most recent seen with Bhavana in the film, Deepavali. Jayaram had acted in a film with Bhavana a long time ago. Winter is the name of the film. There still are troubles with the film's release.
