Jyothirmayi in a women-centric film

Jyothirmayi will be seen portraying the role of a doctor in Ayur Rekha, based on K.K. Sudhakaran"s short story 'Rekhayillaththa'. G.M. Manu has directed the investigative thriller that revolves around a murder mystery. Produced by Sunny Kunthamattam under the banner of S.K. Films, the movie also casts Sreenivasan, Mukesh, Indrajith, Sindhu Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar, Nedumudi Venu and others.

Jyothirmayi has also signed a woman-centric movie, Adayalangal, to be directed by M.G. Sasi. The movie, casting Govinda Padamasuriya in the lead, marks the directional debut of M.G. Sasi who has earlier worked as an associate of T.V. Chandran and P.T. Kunju Mohammed.
