Major Ravi has confirmed that he is serious about making a sequel of his blockbuster directorial debut film Keerthichakra. He adds that the film's shooting might begin sometime in February next year. He also has a valid explanation for the big delay- "It is impossible to shoot the film without the support of the Indian Army. It takes a lot of time to get permissions for the Military authorities. Mohanlal will play the lead role in the sequel too."
This time around, the director is going to make it in two languages simultaneously- in Malayalam and Hindi. The story is going to be about the post-Kargil war scenario. The story is ready but he'll finalize the script later this year. The heroine selection will have to wait too. Daamar Films will produce the film
