Kolkata News postponed further

Dileep starrer Kolkata News' release has been postponed to Diwali 2007. Directed by Blessy, the film was originally planned for release during Onam 2007. But due to the delay in shooting, the film was scheduled for Ramzan. But according to the sources, the film will be delayed further. The film's shooting is now going on in Kochi.

Blessy said, "If the shooting ends by September 30, Kolkata News will hit the screens on November 8 th, the Diwali day".

Dileep is playing the lead role and Meera Jasmine is his lead lady. The director is now satisfied with the cooperation being extended by the actress, and he is completing the portions with the actress at a fast pace.

After completing the film, Dileep is planning to start his new film Romeo, written and produced by Rafi Mecartin and directed by Rajasenan. Gopika will be the heroine.
