Kavya joins hands with Mohan Lal

For the first time, Kavya Madhavan is playing as lead lady against Mohan Lal for the new film Maadambi. The humour cum action blend script will be directed by the scriptwriter B Unnikrishnan and the film will have Mohan Lal as Gopalakishna Pillai, a private financier, who runs the business in a small town with all professional ethics. In this film, Mohan Lal will deliver a particular dialect, which is in practice in the central districts of Kerala.

Kavya plays the role of Jayalakshmi, who works for a modern private bank, which opens a new branch in the village, where Mohan Lal runs his show. Jagathy, Srinivasan, Siddhique and Jayasuriya are also in the cast and the film will be starts its shooting by the first week of the New Year.
