Meera Jasmine sticks with Dileep

Controversies apart, it turns out that Meera Jasmine's onscreen appearance has been the most with Dileep. She made her debut in director Lohitadas' film Soothradhaaran. Dileep was the film's hero. Her next film was director Kamal's Gramophone. Dileep was the hero of that film too. After these films, her career graph began a steady rise. Soon she shifted to Tamil. Her stint in Telugu followed suit.

During this time, her films in Malayalam diminished in number. But there were a few memorable ones like Swapnakoodu, Kasturimaan and Rasatantram. The film for which she won the National award, Perumazhakalam, had Dileep in it. Now that she has decided to give equal priority to Malayalam films, she is starring as Mammooty's heroine in Orey Kadal.

Her next two films are going to be with Dileep again- director Sathyan Andhikaat's Vinodayatra and a film with Blessy in which Dileep is going to play the male lead role. Don't be surprised if she beats Kavya Madhavan's record with Dileep.
