Mohanlal in a musical flick

Mohanlal portrays every character with perfection and he now joins a musical to play the role of a drummer. He will be seen in a different costume in the upcoming film Rock&Roll which is stated to be a musical entertainer. The movie by Renjith will have Mohanlal wearing shorts, designer shirts, cargos and bands and will have him speaking in a different English with a mix of Malayalam.

The movie also casts Lakshmi Rai. The movie casts Mukesh Lal, Siddique, Harishri Asokan and others as the members of a musical troupe. Vidyasagar helms the music for the songs penned by Girish Puthencherry. Manoj Pillai handles the camera. The movie is slated for release this Ramzan.

Mohanlal's much-awaited film Alibhai is getting released on August 15th, throughout the state and will also be released in Chennai and Bangalore.
