Mukesh signs Thread

Veteran actor Mukesh has signed a new film, Thread, by director Benny Ashamsa. Based on a real-life incident, the movie tells the story of a cop who was killed in a college campus. V. Somanath produces the movie, which also casts Biju Menon, Salim Kumar, Mythili and Dhyan Menon.

Mukesh will also be seen in an English film, Krishna, based on the life of V.K. Krishna Menon, directed by Sharath and starring Naseeruddin Shah in the title role.
