Pooja returns to Malayalam

Pooja became familiar to the Malayalam film audience when rumors began to circulate that she was romantically involved with Richard, Shalini's elder brother. It has been a long time now since those rumors died away. Richard has almost vanished from the circuit but Pooja still remains very much in the scene. She now is getting ready to make her debut in Malayalam.

She was initially supposed to star as Dileep's heroine in Don. But, at the last moment, she was removed and Gopika was brought in. Pooja is now going to star as Naren/Sunil's heroine in a new film. Lal Creations is producing the film. Launch date isn't fixed yet. Pooja was one of the heroines of Pattiyal. Padmapriya was the other heroine.
