Shakeela returns to Malluwood

The cinema world is small. After having been chased away from Malayalam films, how else would Shakila get invited back?

Shakila was at the height of her fame. When films of big stars like Mammootty and Mohanlal were sinking, her films raked in the collections. Many were angry that films made with the sweat of the brow were being defeated just by mere flesh show of Shakila's films.

Shakila was also blamed that she was bringing down the reputation of Malayalam films. The theatres screening her films were targeted till she finally escaped from Kerala and sought shelter in Tamilnadu.

After all this drama, Shakila is to act again in a Malayalam film, that too with Mohanlal! In Chhota Mumbai, Mohanlal acts as a Shakila fan. Once, on hearing that Shakila is shooting for a film, he goes there. In this, Shakila acts as an actress.

The heroine is Bhavana. She's an auto driver!
