Suresh
Gopi's
hugely
successful
film,
Chintamani
Kola
Case,
released
a
couple
of
years
back,
is
travelling
places.
The
film
is
currently
being
remade
in
Tamil
as
Ellaam
Avan
Seyal
by
commercial
entertainer
Shaji
Kailash,
who
directed
the
Malayalam
original.
Now,
the
film
is
to
be
remade
in
Hindi
too.
However,
the
director
for
the
Bollywood
version
will
be
K.S.
Adhiyamaan,
an
acclaimed
director
in
Tamil,
with
his
films
Sornamukhi
and
Thotta
Sinungi
receiving
rave
reviews.
He
also
directed
Priyasakhi
with
Madhavan
and
Sada,
which
was
a
commercial
hit.
The
director's
recent
release
is
Thoondil
with
a
bold
theme.
It
has
also
found
favour
with
critics.
Adhiyamaan
is
a
known
face
in
Bollywood
having
already
made
two
films
with
Salman
Khan.
However,
the
remake
will
have
Sunny
Deol
in
Suresh
Gopi's
role.
One
hopes
the
director
would
make
the
Hindi
version
too
a
success
like
the
original.
