Jagathy Sreekumar bags Sathyan award

The Kerala Cultural Forum has awarded the prestigious Sathyan Memorial Award for excellence in acting to veteran film star Jagathy Sreekumar, one of the best comedians in the history of Malayalam films.

The award, instituted by the Kerala Cultural Forum in memory of late Sathyan, one of the most talented actors the Malayalam film industry ever had, carries a cash prize of Rs 10,001, a plaque and citation.
