Jayaram turns bad

We can never imagine gentle-looking Malayalam actor Jayaram as a villain! But that is the role he is portraying in the forthcoming Tamil film Dhaam Dhoom starring Jayam Ravi, Kangana Ranaut and Lakshmi Rai in the lead roles. This action-packed movie features Jayaram in a never-seen-before role.

The film was stalled temporarily when director Jeeva died from a heart attack in late June 2007. Now the movie is being completed by his wife Aneez, Guru P.C. Sriram and his associates. It is the story of a young man from a small town whose life suddenly turns topsy-turvy during one of his trips outside India.

An action-thriller, there is much mystery and heart-stopping chases and twists and turns before the audience can figure out what's going on. How he deals with these huge problems, who are his allies and who are his enemies is the story of Dhaam Dhoom, which is almost ready for release.
