Veteran
Malayalam
director
Joshy,
who
is
now
busy
with
the
last
phases
of
the
much-hyped
muti-starrer
Twenty:20,
starring
all
the
major
stars
of
the
Malayalam
film
industry,
will
start
working
for
a
Telugu
film
in
a
short
time.
Joshy
has
directed
Telugu
movies
like
Anthimatheerpu.
After
this
proposed
Telugu
film,
the
director
will
be
back
to
Malayalam
in
January
for
a
movie
starring
Jayaram
and
Prithviraj
in
the
lead.
Meanwhile,
Twenty:20,
which
has
completed
its
entire
shooting
in
Kochi
last
month,
is
currently
in
the
final
phase
of
dubbing.
The
post-production
works
are
done
at
Lal
Media
in
Kochi
and
Vismaya
in
Thiruvananthapuram.
AMMA
is
making
the
film
as
part
of
a
fund-raising
drive,
hand
in
hand
with
Dilip's
'Grand
Production'.
Film-makers
claim
that
equal
footage
has
been
given
to
all
stars
who
are
acting
for
free
in
Twenty:20.
Though
the
filmmakers
are
tight-lipped
about
the
storyline
and
the
role
of
the
stars,
this
big
budget
movie
is
expected
to
have
a
big
canvas
that
can
effectively
show
all
the
artists
in
adequate
roles.
Reports
are
that
the
film
evolves
around
a
murder
mystery.
It
has
been
reported
that
Mohanlal
is
playing
a
character
Jagannathan,
the
most
successful
businessman
in
Kerala,
while
Mammootty
is
playing
the
role
of
an
advocate.
Dileep
will
appear
as
the
younger
brother
of
Mohanlal.
Sureshgopi
is
again
in
a
police
role,
a
stern
upright
DSP
having
a
longstanding
rivalry
with
the
character
played
by
Lal.
The
songs,
composed
by
Suresh
Peters,
will
be
a
highlight
of
the
film.
A
lot
of
hype
surrounds
the
song;
the
sets
by
veteran
art
director
Joseph
Nellikunnu
cost
a
whopping
Rs.
60
lakhs,
the
highest-ever
for
a
Malayalam
film
song
picturisation.
Expected
to
be
in
theatres
by
24th
October,
the
movie
will
have
the
best
of
releases
in
more
than
100
theatres.
