Kavya set to strike back

Kavya Madhavan will try to conquer the controversy surrounding her and will start shooting for her next movie, Shivaranjini, in a couple of weeks. The actress found her reputation getting sullied with rumours about her and a fake swami in Kerala.

But now, Kavya is ready to be back in action. A talented classical dancer, this is the role that Kavya was waiting to do for a long time. Although the actress was able to do classical dances in films, this is the first time that she managed to grab a full-length character as a classical dancer.

Produced by Maharaj Creations, the film will be directed by debutant M.R. Suresh. Mohandas Peingaavu writes the screenplay and the songs are penned by Kaithapram. The locations selected for the shooting are Thanjavur and Palakkad.
