Mammootty in a love triangle

Mammootty-Shaji N. Karun's Kutty Shranku will be a surrealistic experience. Mammootty plays the character of a boat driver who performs a parcel service from Kodungalur to Kollam through the backwaters. The boat driver has three lovers in three different islands. All three of them have different relationships with the boat driver and meet each other only after his death, when they are called to identify his body.

Mammootty appears in different get ups and costumes in the film. Shaji N. Karun is a National Award winning director; his previous films like Piravi, Swaham and Vanaprastham earned many national and international honours.
