Mamta Mohandas in Kuselan

Mamta Mohandas, after a run of bad luck, has bagged the one role that could positively contribute to her stardom.

Sources say that director P. Vasu has approached Mamta Mohandas, Nayantara, Meena and Sneha, for roles in Kuselan.

Hariharan's Mayookham which saw Mamta"s debut, had her only Malayalam hit in Big B. She moved to other South Indian language films, and also saw her becoming a playback singer in Tollywood.

Mamta, who starred opposite Vishal in Karu Pazhaniappan"s Sivappathigaram, has got a couple of offers with big Telugu stars. Kuselan is expected to give a big boost for Mamta"s career.

Mamta is expected to do a few good projects opposite rising stars in Malayalam this year, by which her star will also rise.
