Meera overshadows Reema

Meera Jasmine was once interested only in performance-oriented roles. But, in Yamagola, one of her new Telugu films directed by Srinivasa Reddy, she has made a special appearance in a song sequence along with Reema Sen who plays a cabaret dancer in the movie. In fact, this song was full of glamour.

People who saw the film say that Meera Jasmine was so glamorous that she even overshadowed Reema Sen! It is also said that the Censor Board had to use its scissors to cut 32 shots from the song. Now it is the turn of Tamil audiences to get enamoured by these two divas dancing together in one song, since this Telugu film is now being dubbed in Tamil as Indraloka Ilavarasan.

This comedy entertainer tells the story of a a celestial prince, who has affairs with the three heavenly beauties Ramba, Urvasi and Menaka. He comes back to earth without the knowledge of Indran on a mission. The so-called prince meets a cabaret dancer Reema Sen in a club. Seduced by her beauty and glamour, he falls in love with her and is embroiled in a messy situation when he continues his relationship with her.

Indraloga Ilavarasan is getting its final touches and will hit screens in July in 16 theatres. Maybe it will come to Malayalam soon!
