Mohanlal to kick start Madambi

Scripted and directed by B. Unnikrishanan, Mohanlal will portray a private financier named Gopalakrishanan with Kavya playing his heroine for the first time.

Kavya's role is as Jayalekshmy, a manager at a new generation bank that plans to open a branch at his village.

Sreenivasan, Jaysuriya, Jagathy, Siddhique and Saikumar make up the supporting cast.

M. Jayachandran will set the tunes to lyrics by Anil Panachooran and Vayalar Sharath.
